- Returned with original packaging
- Complete with all accessories, manuals and parts
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
3. Non-Returnable Items
Some items may not be eligible for return, including products that have been used, damaged after delivery, customised, opened for hygiene reasons, or returned without original packaging.
4. How To Start A Return
To request a return, please contact our customer support team through our Contact page with your order number, reason for return and photos where applicable.
5. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is faulty, damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
6. Damaged Or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue quickly.
7. Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval status. Approved refunds are usually processed within 5–10 business days.
8. Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered where stock is available. If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or alternative solution may be provided.
9. Order Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been dispatched, it must be handled through the returns process after delivery.
